Wanted... Broken (but still roundish) bike wheel (and tyre)

A strange request maybe. I need a wheel that is useless for cycling, but still round. Front or back, I don't really care.
I also need a treadless tyre for said wheel. Again, anything that is damaged beyond use for riding, but could hold 10 psi or so.
I've been talked into cooking a pig. I need to gear down the drive to turn the spit or face the prospect of spending 12hours manually rotating the oinker. A small spindle running against a 700c wheel will do just the job I think.
Anything you have would be very welcome.
