Second hand frame anyone?

The rust problem on my twenty-five year-old Trevor Jarvis has now been declared 'probably terminal', so I am considering my options for continuing as a 'pretend' cyclist in my twilight years
Ideally looking for a 21" steel, lugged, frame with clearance for 25mm tyres with mudguards but would consider one of these odd-looking welded things, even one with a sloping top tube if the price was right
