Study into sport participation and injury history

The club has has received the following message for passing on to members:

Hi, I am a MSc Sports Medicine student currently conducting a study investigating the different injuries experienced across different sports. I am looking to get as many people as possible to participate and was hoping you would be interested in sharing this with your members.

We are looking for 18-44 year olds who participate in regular physical activity, who may or may not have suffered any injuries. Participants will need to fill out a consent form and then complete a short online questionnaire which asks about sport participation and injury history from the last 2 years. Please let me know if you are interested and I can send a poster with more information and my contact details for those who are interested in participating.
