Yep, I did them last year and will do them again this year. They're a good introduction to road racing for anyone looking to try it, I'd say. It's a short loop, so it's a bit like a cross between a crit and a proper road race.

These are really good. I've done one or two of them the last two years hope to do all three this year. Will really look forward to them, especially if that pot hole on the last bend has been filled in! Will be good to get ten of us signed up as they are Cat 3 or 4 so we can boss the peloton!

There are now only 15 places left for the first race, and only a few more than that for the second and third, so get entering now anyone who intends to, before it sells out.

Entered 1st one, plan to do all.

I expect to see myself, John, Laurance, Andrew, James, Mark amongst others there? Let's hit 10!? A 5th of the peloton would be good.

I personally found these easier, as someone new to racing, to stay with the group than circuit races.

Nic Vipond, you enjoyed this a couple of years back didn't you? Give it another go?!?

Is Lee Marrow doing any racing this year? Think it was him who finished top 5 a couple of years back in this

I'm in. Going to be a lot of Beacon in the peloton! Anyone got any recommendations for other races that would suitable for someone new to road racing?

Cheers
