Managed to get Bronze in the 50-54 cat in the 500m TT with a PB 37.23, and two PB times in the sprint as well.. 12.30 for 4th in the flying 200m TT, and then 12.29 in competition. Unfortunately knocked out in the semi final of the sprint after choosing the wrong tactic, but that's sprinting for you.
