Good Day,

After witnessing the organisation going on over in the Time Trials section of our forum, I felt it may be time I looked at duplicating Jessica's efforts.
Please find below a link with the beginnings of what will be our Crit/Road Race season spready.
Credits to our TT captain for letting me rip off her hard work so we have a template to start from.

I have started the ball rolling, but please feel free to add Crit and Road Race events as you enter/or find them, don't forget to add your name should you have entered already.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing

I'm sure that anybody using spreadsheets regularly will agree that full sheets are tidy sheets, so, if you're adding events, please try to update all of the cells with as much detail as possible. The more detail, the more likely you are to get more Beacon brethren to join you.

I have no doubt there will be some sort of error when I first unleash this so please let me know on this thread and I'll get fixed ASAP.

Ive signed up to the staged event did we have to email them straight away regarding the team we would be as it mentions team names and BC numbers.

Also great work on this as well.

Thanks Dan,

I've emailed to confirm they have capacity for 2 Beacon teams, but that will of course be dependent on whether or not we can find a 6th person.
Beacon massive, is there any men or women that would like to complete another team?

I've added a few. Curborough no frills is a good one to get points and will sell out quickly!

They have both the 3rds and 4ths on at the same time, but set off half a lap apart, but you get a position for your catagory. It usually means the 3rd catch the 4ths, kind of stays together then a sprint at the end.

We had a massive turn out for the Birmingham Business Park Race last year. The first round is on the 8th April.... who's signed up? There's a 3/4 race and also a 3's only along with an E12 later on and womens races too.

I've entered the 3/4. Which one are you doing, Gav?

I’ve entered both, but with the 3’s going off first that’ll get my focus. Depending on how I do in that race I’m happy to be beacon fodder for as long as I can keep going in the 3/4s

Hi everyone, groetjes uit Nederland!

I hope you're all well and racing is successful! Just wondering if anyone else will be doing any of the following:

-Stourport Summer Series (Tuesday nights) - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/?series_id=446
-Mallory Park RR League (most Thursdays until end of August) - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/event ... r-League-4
-West Mids RR League - (I should be doing last 3 rounds: Solihull CC, 365 Velo and Ludlow Brewery Comp...) - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events?series_id=260
-East Mids RR League - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/events/?series_id=369

Other than Stourport, which is E/1/2/3 & 3/4 races only, they're all open to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Category riders. Would be really nice to get some teams going in these.

Looking forward to racing with you again soon in Tricolore! 8)

You can get rid of that yello and blue muck you've been wearing Matt!

Mallory and Stourport are a bit of a struggle after work, but if all goes to plan and I'm not chasing points well into October I can get involved and give you a hand. RR leagues are a bit of a stretch for me and I'll probably get a royal kicking.

If I keep only getting 1 point when I turn up I need another 32 races before I can call myself a 2nd Cat and come play with you fast boys.

Don't forget about track league too!!! Will you be in Brum when you're home or Leics?

We all need to get down to the no frills at Tudor Grange Solihull the next few weeks. Gav got 10th last night in the 2/3/4. Next week it's 3/4. Enter on night £10

I'm in the As at track league, starts tomorrow with a devil or elimination! Got a hare and hounds too whatever that is?! Week 3 I can drop to the B's

There's 4 or 5 youth riders taking part in the under 10s get down to support from 7pm tomorrow. Bar and BBQ should be open.

Who else is racing there?
