British Cycling Annual feedback and velodrome

BC have just sent out their annual questionnaire about what members would like to see. Be great if anyone replying could also put in an entry for track as well suggesting we have a velodrome in the West Midlands as key recommendation. Political will is there but BC need to be persuaded Crazy that a population of West Mids has no such facility.
