Well that was a bit better than the conditions last time! The a sun came out and I’ve even caught a bit of a tan!! There was no major running section through thick clarty mud this time, but the rest of the course was pretty similar to previous. The long straight sections were not kind to my 26” wheeled mountain bike and I’m blaming that, rather than my lack of fitness! 
I’ll post the results when they come out, but I can confirm that the only beacon lady came last in her race!
Next week is racing at Newport, and the following week is Hereford. A bit of travelling for those two!
