Good afternoon, I am a PhD student at the University of Ottawa (in Canada) and I am looking for cyclists interested in a study about the decisions that guide their recovery around training sessions. In this study, participants do two workouts on Zwift, 48h apart, around which they answer a series of short forms and otherwise keep training as usual (on Zwift or outside!). I am looking for cyclists of any performance level, ages 17 or older, who use Zwift. If your members would be interested, I can send you more info to forward directly to them.
