Just want to say thanks....

before I head off for the World Transplant Games on Friday. The help, encouragement and advice I have received has been a huge boost, especially at the time trials. My times have been rapidly improving and I hope with the adrenaline of competition I will see another leap in my form. My legs felt very strong on the turbo last night but an oncoming cold (which isn't great when immunosuppressed!) has got me thinking it would be best to get my bike packed, rest, and pedal again on Saturday when I have arrived in Durban.

I can't guarantee a medal but I'll do my best!

If you want to follow the teams progress on twitter go to @GBTxCyclists or mine which is @gavhg7

Cheers

Gavin

Good luck I'm sure you will do very well and have a great time over there.
Its also a relief your not at the next few TTs as you are getting a bit too quick for my liking :)
