I have done my knee in. On holiday on the Irish North Coast I did the Portrush park run - 1st back after lockdown. It was on the beach & I decided barefoot would be the way to go. Bad move. Following day I could barely walk. I'm back riding ok (ish) but would like to do the cross. Could do with somebody who knows what they're doing. Either a good physio or a good therapist who can talk me out of it!

Not sure where you live or what you need but if you’re after sports massage then Sam Boswell based in Blackwell is great and knows a bunch of the Beacon folks. For a physio try Lead Physiotherapy in Barnt Green - I haven’t used them personally but they come well recommended by a good friend whose opinion I trust.
