A excellent book for turbo training is 'The Heart Rate Monitor Workbook for Indoor Cyclists' by Sally Edwards & Sally Reid.

The ISBN number is 1-884737-93-5 and is published by Velo Press
"You only need two tools: WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD40. If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape"
