If you have to replace the chain on your bicycle, you may be interested in the following calculator for the chain's length.

What about the length of the jockey's arm? It doesn't seem to take that into account. Think I'll stick to the simple but trusted method of making it the same length as the one I took off. :D

it says derailleur or oversized derailleur which i assume means short cage or long cage
