A fiver a month sounds pretty reasonable.
But:
a) If your workplace is a couple of streets away, would you bother?
b) I wouldn't fancy using a facility frequented by Darth Vader ... who I hadn't previously taken for a cyclist (see about 3rd person to wheel his bike down the ramp early in the clip, with the black cape, of course).
c) If we ever had one in this country, it would be neglected by its owners and operated by apathetic morons, with the result that six months in it would be mangling front wheels and refusing to give you your bike back on the grounds that either the tag or your card weren't recognised.
But:
