technical support needed!

Are there any folks out there who would be happy to give me a bit of their time and help me disassemble my headset and remove my crank set.
Having got myself caught up in a pile up last week at Mallory park my carbon frame has sustained a crack to one of the seat stays. I can get it repaired at a place in derby but it needs to be stripped. I have neither the tools nor the confidence to tackle these 2 jobs. The crank is set into an oversized bb30 bottom bracket. Any help would be greatly appreciated.you can get me on 07799330234.
