How do I save and download these routes to a gpx file on my computer via Garmin connect?
http://www.demon-cycles.co.uk/bmc/bi-po/
I do not have a Garmin device, but have just created an account so I can at least import and view the routes within Garmin connect. But for the life of me I can not find how to simply save/export as a gpx.
Thanks

There is a Chrome browser extension called 'GPX Downloader' which adds a 'GPX' button next to the 'Save As' for Garmin Connect courses. It seems to work:

For those going to Majorca and who are not using Garmin (or even those with Garmins!), I have ripped and converted the routes described in:
http://www.demon-cycles.co.uk/bmc/bi-po/
to gpx here:
http://www.gps-sport.net/users/Slogfester
(bottom left box ' navigation routes', all routes prefix with MAJ)
I have some more routes based upon when I went 4 years a go which I will upload ASAP
Thanks again to Andy for the top tip.
