Anyone used one of these?

The claims of their benefits for both certain lung conditions and heart failure and cycling performance are pretty big, they've been available on prescription for a few years I believe for certain lung conditions.

I've been using the blue classic model for a while now and can feel a difference in my breathing. I use it in the morning and evening and it hardly takes any time. There's a book that goes with it called breathe stronger perform better (by Alison McConnall)and there's a whole range of exercises linked to various sports and disciplines which aim to maximise the gains made by using it. Very interesting read. Hope this helps.

Thanks that's interesting. I randomly got into conversation recently with the owner of the company who was obviously very positive about them but I was a bit dubious. I may give it a try

Also, have a look at www.breathestrong.com as an additional source of info.
