Does anyone know a decent bike shop that will remove my old groupset and fit a new one for me and not charge the earth. Thanks in advance

+1 for Nic or Ben.

Both great cost wise, Nic you can drop bike round and pick up in an evening which I find handier (especially as he lives on my road!)

Ben can do it for £60. Not bad. I think. Saves me totally trashing it!
