PF30 to Shamino Adaptor advice required

Looking for advice on running a Shamino Ultegra hollowtec crank set in a PF30 BB frame.

By the looks of things I have 2 options. A thread adaptor that goes into the frame and you simply screw the standard shamino BB into it.

Or a standalone bb conversion kit that fits into the frame. This Praxis Works one seemed very popular on Google.

Does anyone have any experience or recommendation of these 2 methods and in particular praxis works bb's. Or can they advise or another route to go down.

I think Gary uses one of these (not sure which) on his Carrera Virago, so he or Chris can probably help.

Stand alone kits work better as there are less overall interfaces. Two part conversions also get a lot more squeaking sounds.

not going to do build till October, there is a possibility I may get something with my frame set still but like to keep all options open.

FSA make an adapter which works well with a shimano hollow tech chainset - FSA PF30 24 Reducer Road Adapter (EE085).
I have used this on my sons Orbea.
