Going back to the 80's, but has anyone heard or even used tubeless tubulars, possibly made by Vredestein???

On one of the cycling forums a guy has mentioned that he used to use them back in the day. I must admit that I can recall such a item anyone else?

Never heard of such things. But that probably doesn't mean much.

All I remember is unstitching them, mending the **flat** then stitching them up again.

Be tricky to manufacture and even harder to repair as they would have to be air tight and fully sealed rather than stiched together around a tube. If they ever existed I imagine they would be more trouble than the potential gains.
