CANCELLED - 100 miles in ~7 hrs - Sun Aug 14th - 08:00 start

In view of the high temperatures the 100 miler is cancelled, however there will be shorter ride of 60 miles to Hillier's - see separate thread.

I plan to run a 100 miler club ride, weather permitting with stops at Tewkesbury (Wetherspoons) and Harvington (Ellenden Farm Cafe).
The route is as follows;

In order to keep this group tight the number will be limited to a maximum of 8
Speed will be a steady B pace of about 14 -15 mph average, quicker on the outward journey.
I suggest taking some energy bars and 2 bottles. Please ensure your bike is in good order beforehand, have the route and that you can get yourself home if you have a major mechanical problem.

If there are more than 8 riders interested then I suggest someone leads another group leaving earlier or later or sets up another ride for a different week.
A optional beer/refreshment might be taken at the Barnt Green Inn at the end.
