MY D RUNS WINTER CALENDER

Post by PaulB » 31 Oct 2022 15:22

Hi All

Throughout winter i will still be running the 12mph D Runs, i will be running them every 2 weeks (WEATHER PERMITTING, don't like the rain, I'm a softy)

Next D run will be 13th November and every 2 weeks after that so put dates in your diary

Also as Mick, Richard & Ced are doing the weekly BC Guided Rides i hasten to add that my rides will not conflict with them, mine are longer and faster,
I will be advertising my D rides at 12 mph and of course they are longer, between 40 and 50 miles

Hopefully the intention is to get the riders who join the guided rides to up their mileage and join some of my rides but no pressure, everybody is welcome.
Thank You

Paul B

Sounds good, Paul. I think it's good to have a bit of clarity about upcoming rides beyond the next weekend.

Many thanks as always Paul. Great idea. The point for me of D Runs is that many older riders (and no doubt some younger ones) still have the stamina for longer runs but at these "touring" average speeds. I'll try to lead a few on your off weeks or when rain is forecast !!!
