Earlswood Tea Room Closure

Manor House Tearooms in Earlswood and Alastair and his staff would like to thank all local cyclists for your support and custom over the years.
Unfortunately due to rising costs the tearooms will close permanently on Christmas Eve.
If you have the opportunity to pop in for that last cake or bacon sandwich please do, I'm sure they would appreciate it 🥲.

That's really sad and a great disappointment for a number of ageing CTC riders who virtually live there. But I'm not surprised given financial pressures and all the cyclists' specials they delivered so cheaply over the years.

i think its more down to heating costs imo, but yeah, goes back a good few years and probably not the last good cafe to close down

i will certainly visit them before they vlose on xmas eve, just for old times sake
