Sunday 12 is the Solihull CC Reliability Ride - In aid of Midlands Air Ambulance . I am headed to the Red Lion Pub in Knowle at 9 am on Sunday to ride the Middle Distance Route . This event is in support of the Air Ambulance so figuring it is in cyclists' interests to support the event
