Sunday 18th June D ride to Worcester 8.45 start

I will lead a D run as a back up to Mariannas' C run. If you fancy stepping up and trying a faster ride at C pace but have been a bit nervous about keeping pace then, fear not. Book on Mariannas C run and if you struggle to keep the pace then just drop back to my D paced ride.
Or just join me for a lovely chilled out ride.
D pace will be around 12mph.
Cafe and sunbathing stop at Worcester Country Park.

Distance is 47 miles, 76 km.
Ascent i 2447 ft. 746 mtrs (mostly on the return)

Fathers' day is a wonderful institution. A special day just for fathers. And, on their special day, I feel fathers should be able to do just as they choose.

I've told my kids I'll be out on my bike. They can leave the cards on the kitchen table.
