I'll lead a ride to Chadbury Farm shop, just outside of Evesham on Sunday. It's 64 miles and I'm aiming for a nice steady 15mph average.

9.00 meet at the Black Horse for a 9.15 departure.

Hi Mark, this weekend looks like a slow uptake on club runs. Was thinking if we don't get any more entries today if you want to join us for an A/B ride. It's going to be feeling like 31 degrees so wanting to make a 8:45 start. I ve strained my back again so a slower ride with not as much strain on my lower back will be good! Stuart
