C Run, Sunday 2nd July to Hilliers, Dunnington

I will lead a C run this Sunday, all welcome, 9.15am start from The Black Horse.
Fancy trying a faster ride at C pace with the backup of Paul's D run not far behind, then this is the ride for you. Book on for this ride and you can switch groups on route or at the cafe if you feel the pace is a little fast or slow.

We will ride as a controlled group. This helps everyone especially anyone stepping up as you can tuck in and experience the benefits of drafting. This could mean 30% less power input so you will have more energy to keep the pace of the ride.
