NO D RUNS [led by Paul - others are welcome to lead] UNTIL AUGUST 13TH

Just to let you all know that due to other commitments and me doing LEJOG there will not be any D Runs until Sunday 13h August.

I will be doing a British Cycling Guided Ride on Sunday 16th July so you are welcome on that ride

If any other leaders (or potential leaders) would like to take up the offer of doing a D Run on the Sundays i cannot then go ahead, its fine with me
