B Ride Sunday 9th July - 40 miles

I've updated the route to include some tweaks Matt suggested

I need to be home at a reasonable time this Sunday so I'm planning on doing a non-stop 40 miles (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/43560734) taking in a couple of modest hills, aiming for 15-16mph average. Meeting at the BH at 9.00 for a 9.15 depart.
