Hi all, I'll take a pleasant A-ride to the Apple Tree Kitchen this coming Sunday leaving at 09:15 on a route similar to this:

Hey, I've just moved to Birmingham and looking for a cycle team. I met Mick from your team on Friday and they recommended I join for a ride. I was wondering if it would be possible to just turn up tomorrow for one of the rides.

I'm going to ride out from Bromsgrove and meet you there, then hang on for as long as I can on the way back.
