Neil is on holiday for the next two weeks, however be great if we could get some runs out despite the normal weather return! It will not be long before it will be back to the indoor bike so be good to make the most of riding out together.

I'm now not going to be able to make it tonight, still feeling the effects of last Sunday's second half of the ride! a short recovery ride on the indoor bike instead.
