D Run to Bewdley

Hi, I'll lead a D Run to Bewdley this Sunday 15th Oct. Please sign up here if you want to come. It's just under 50 miles with a few hills but at standard D run pace average 11-12mph

Turned out to be a D for Daves Run

Used Riley's Coffee Bar on Waterfront because Riverside was rammed (quieter later) Also check to find that Station Buffet has re-opened on the days the steam trains are running.

Thanks for leading today's club run Dave lots of lanes that were new to me, and as promised, lots of hills.
