Sunday 17th March C Lavender Hall Fisheries 50 miles

I'll lead a c run to Lavender Hall Fisheries, leaving the Black Horse at 9am (not 9:15!)
The route will be about 50 miles and should not be particularly hilly. Pace will be around 13-14 mph max I’m unfit
