Received by the club.....

We are organising a Cycle Café as part of our event and we are contacting all of the local clubs and riders to promote the event to them and hopefully encourage your club and riders to attend or ride to our event. We are a `pop-up` Cycle Café that will open for the whole day for both the following days and events:-

Sun 6th Sept Cycle Café & CafeFest, Tour of Spain
Sun 4th Oct Cycle Café & CafeFest, Tour of Lombardy

The event will be held at:-

Rendezvelo Cycle Café @ Family Tree
Kenilworth Tree
Leamington Spa
CV32 4QS

Join us on a relaxed Sunday morning for your café stop. As opposed to stopping at a normal café join us in our themed Cycle Café surrounded by your fellow cyclists. We have everything you need for your refuelling and loads more. Its free entry from 9am until 1pm.

We will have available on the day:-

• Velo Café
• Belgium Bike Bar
• Bike Parking
• Legends Cinema House
• Icons Library
• Peloton Plasma’s
• Vintage Velo
• Mechanics Area
• Competitions
• Cycling Themed area.

From 1pm we welcome you to our cycling CafeFest. An afternoon to celebrate the Tour of Spain so join us for simply a momentous occasion. Watch the action unfold whilst absorbing all the activities we have lined up for you at this CaféFest.

We previously organised in April a CafeFest for Paris-Roubaix which was hugely popular and by adding a free entry Cycle Café this will allow riders to relax in cycling focused and friendly surroundings. I’ve attached a couple of pics to `showcase` our event.

If your club is keen to attend all you need to do is let us know approx. numbers and an approx. time and we’ll make sure you are welcomed in warmly. Any special food requests we can certainly look at so just drop us a note. Any questions feel free to get in touch.

We would ask if you were able to have a think and see if your club and riders would be keen to join us for this great day of cycling.
Our long term aim is open a permanent Cycle Café in the area and we hope that local clubs and riders will support that idea by supporting these events.

Stay awhile, stay all day! We hope to hear back.

Best wishes, Paul
