Slightly longer than usual B run about 78 miles so earlier departure also the cafe breakfast menu ends at 11.30am.Here's the route http://ridewithgps.com/routes/10633332 pretty flat apart from the climb up Saintbury Hill

Might be tempted if my bike's OK - had a chain off in the week, after which it keeps slipping and a piece of my bke fell off (chain guard?) :(

C run
They original plan to go to the Rendovelo café in Leamington for the Tour de Lombardy was kiboshed by the cancellation of the café :(
So to enjoy what may be the last day of decent weather we shall go on a mystery tour of Clent, Kinver and Lickey. Expect the odd hill. Brunch at the Kinver Edge café, so slow but friendly service and quality bacon and sausage sandwiches.

Most likely out via Ullenhall and on to Stratford, Loxley and then the cafe stop, direct route home via Lowsonford so I think a fairly standard route. Won't be using GPS though since the Garmin unit that fell off a couple of weeks ago hasn't been replaced yet!

Great run today Pete. Flat bits were certainly in the minority as expected. Nice to see some roads I hadn't been on before too. Andy pointed out the Winward Heath road as we went past. May have to take a little look! Slow but excellent cafe got us all warmed up in the sun. Good job the farmer turned up with some change in the end. :)

I trust that you managed to avoid the topiary this week Matt.....

Certainly did Alan, although after I'd left the group at Charlecote, I rode on to Hidcote Manor Gardens to check out their box hedges ... very nice indeed - maybe a future club run destination?? (National trust cafe prices though) :)
