Good run today Paul, thanks for leading.

Today's run was hilly, so I was informed. 182km with 5,500m of ascent.
To the Wyre Forest via Shatterford, Kinlet, near Cleobury and Clowes Top.

Philip Whiteman L
Nic Vipond
Ian Taylor
Yasser Arafat
Keith Adcock
Stuart White
Phil Richards
Thomas Whiteman by balance bike

Stuart added a few extra loops to aid his 500km in a week Strava attempt. In fact I witnessed Stuart at around 4pm heading south towards Droitwich through Cutnell Green!

Great route today Phil, good brisk pace, no climbing to speak of and thanks to Lisa and Tomble we even got a table at what was a very busy cafe.
