No club runs this week...see you on the 16th!

34 riders out on Sunday for the three club runs... thanks to Neil, Simon and Dave for leading and a particular welcome to all the new riders on the Intro ride. Hope you enjoyed it and want to come back again...you'll be very welcome.
Kudos this week to Jess Rhodes-Jones who finished third at the UCI Gran Fondo World Championships time trial in Varese, Italy... so a great podium place in what must have been a very competitive field.
Also, plenty of people racing either at Darley Moor and Birmingham Business Park, as well as 9 Beaconites time trialling in the Coventry open 10mile TT...and congrats to Gemma Johnson, Tessa Sandberg and Rosie Croggon for finishing 1st, 2nd and 4th respectively...great work all.
There are no club runs this coming Sunday as it is the date of BOTH the Beacon hill climb Championships at Winwood Heath Road as well as the Beacon CX event in Redditch. If you're not already entered, why not go along to one of the events and marshal or just watch and support.
