29 riders out on the four runs on Sunday, good stuff. The Short café ride is proving popular, so thanks to Mariana for leading that again, nicely splitting the large C-ride group into two rides... Unfortunately, Nick's A-ride was a solo affair as two people who wanted to go on that showed up a few mins late, but at least he remained free from viruses and phlegm.
Surely it's getting warmer week by week now, so keep on suggesting new and old destinations, and those guys who want to get back home quickly, then why not suggest a Beacon Burst rather than soloing around the lanes of the midlands all on your lonesome?
This week's rides will fill up below no doubt. Anyway, here they are:
A: Cobhouse Fisheries - Phil Richards
B: Volunteer required
C: Volunteer required
Short café ride of 36miles at C-ride pace - Mariana Sorrill (This could be the C-ride this week of course, unless someone wants to lead a longer ride)
Club Runs - 15th March
Moderators: WorcsPhil, Beacon RCC, George, laurence_cooley, David Cole, Andy Terry, neilo

The A-ride will be to Cobhouse Fisheries again (!), but this time with a normal 09:15 start, a huge breakfast at the café, followed by two snorters of hill climbs to get our climbing legs going again in advance of the longer rides to come this Summer.
Come along and contribute to this week's café discussion on the botany of North Korea. The route will be something like this...

Wet 51 mile B run to Lavender Hall averaged 15.4 mph with no issues reported. - Great to meet new club member Stuart who comfortably completed his first B ride Stuart hope to see you on more B runs soon.
Today's intrepid riders to Lavender Hall Fisheries were:
Si Turner (Leader - B/H to Lavender Hall).
Neil Evanson (Leader - Cafe back to B/H).
Stuart Jones.
Phil is that an extra Leader point each?!

...and on the equally wet A-Run were (in alphabetical order)...
James Bendle
Phil Richards (Leading)
Pete Warwick
Professor Chris Whitty
Andy Wrightson
...and meeting us in the cafe was George Barker.
To be honest, it was nice to feel normal for a while. Everyone kept their own counsel and there was no spitting/coughing/snorting/snotting. Keep safe everyone
