I'll lead a 45 mile fairly flat non stop "Beacon Burst" at a brisk B run speed leaving the Black Horse at 08:30 - remember the clocks go back, so you get an extra hour in bed!

George, yes there is room for the three of you - look forward to seeing you on Sunday. I see that your previous Beacon ride was a C run - this ride should be somewhat quicker, but we won't drop anyone!

Light rain to start with, which quickly petered out. Not bad for the time of year, but not really siting outside a cafe weather.
