Hi Si,

I’m new to the club but have been cycling for about a year. I’ve been riding similar speeds on solo rides, but not quite this distance (more around 30/40 mile). Would you mind if I come along? Very happy to locate the nearest train station if I drop! Have read the guidelines etc.

Hi Lewis, Yes that's OK, I'm sure you will be fine, perhaps take an energy bar and two bottle of fluid with you in case you need a bit of extra energy towards the end of the ride. You won't get dropped, one of us will stay with you.
Si
