I will lead a 'non-stop' circular ride via Bishampton, Rous Lench & Tardebigge, which is 52 Miles from the BH return.
I recommend taking some food and two bottles, there will be an opportunity to get a drink from a cafe or shop as we pass by to consume on the road.
The route is as follows, out via Dodford, Flyford Favell and return via and Barnt Green. The weather at posting looks dry but chilly.
If you are used to a cafe stop then a bit of endurance is required for this one although the route is fairly flat up until the climb into Brum.

Yes you are most welcome, but please read the following;
Just to state the obvious, as we sometimes have folk attending their first Beacon ride un-prepared for the distance, speed and weather conditions, please ensure that you have read the club guidelines (link below) I emphasise wearing some warm kit, carry a coat, food and drink, carry a pump and spare tube etc. I am also making an assumption that you have ridden this sort of distance and speed previously? Although we try not to drop anyone, you do need to ensure that you have an exit plan if you have a mechanical etc. I'll brief you on the day regarding some signals and calls we use

Thanks for getting back to me, and for all the information. Yes, I have recently done this sort of distance & pace before without issue. I have all the relevant spares+tools. Also, I'm 100% happy to take responsibility for myself in the event of an unforeseen major malfunction (mechanical or physical). I've taken a look at the link and that all seems fine. Given the revised lockdown rules, is the run still going ahead?

If l understand the government guidelines correctly, and please feel free to correct me if lm wrong. But as l am in tier two l shouldn't be travelling into a tier three area. Equally, if you are in tier three you should not be going into a tier two area, which Worcestershire is?

I think l will air on the side of caution and not join you guys in the morning now.

According to the BC guidance (see "Can my group ride pass through other areas in different tiers?"):

We know that many of you will often begin your ride in one area and cross into others as part of your normal routes, and this is vital to helping individuals to stay active and access quieter roads and green spaces.

Groups from ‘Medium’ (Tier 1) or ‘High’ (Tier 2) areas are permitted to pass through a ‘Very high’ (Tier 3) area as part of their route, however they should not stop for a break while in that area.

Groups from ‘Very high’ (Tier 3) areas are permitted to pass through ‘Medium’ (Tier 1), ‘High’ (Tier 2) or other ‘Very high’ (Tier 3) areas as part of their route, however they should only stop for a break while within their own area.

Whether people from different tiers should be cycling in groups together isn't covered, as far as I can see.
