Hi All

I will lead a D run this Sunday 22nd August to the Orchad Cafe at Worcester Woods Country Park - again around 45 to 50 miles at 11 mph, it seems everyone enjoyed last Sunday's run so that was nice to see and hear

Looks like weather night be thunderstorms but i will make a decision on Saturday before ride if its going ahead or not due to weather forecast which can change between now and Saturday, lets see - keep an eye on the message board

Jason had a **flat** which could not be repaired so had to leave him but he got home safely
