I will lead a D run to Nicola's Lakeside Cafe near Hartlebury
Its a bit of a rough road to the cafe for about 500 yards but nothing a road bike cant handle

Usual 45 to 50 miles at around 11 mph

Really nice ride, even though i found it hard today for some reason ( back at work, heat, and just an off day, I guess), but i enjoyed the challenge and the company.
