I've not been feeling too great today so I have asked Matt to lead the ride tomorrow - I'm going to see how I feel in the morning but if I don't see you, I hope you have an enjoyable and safe ride!!

If anyone would like a steady B ride (within suggested guidelines!!!) on Sunday, I suggest a 9.30am start at BH (as long as it doesn't freeze overnight!) - about 50 miles with a cafe stop - I will put the route on website towards the end of the week.
This is the suggested route for a yummy bacon sandwich at the fisheries in Hartlebury - Nicola's cafe
