Hi

I'm back after a wintry January and the weather seems to be kind as of late

Due to personal circumstances the Midweek D Run cannot be fulfilled on a Wednesday day due to me volunteering to babysit my 2.5 year old Grandson, lovely little fella that he is.
I will lead weekly runs but they will be either be on a Tuesday or Thursday until end of June this year

With that i would like to lead a D run to The Cowshed at Alcester this Thursday, Meet BH at 9-45 please
70 kms or 44 miles, average speed of 11 mph
