C+ run - RIDE FULL - 44 miles (Chaddesley corbett - Wychbold - Feckenham) Sunday 6th March
70 km / 43.5 mi https://ridewithgps.com/routes/37728908
Speed 14 mph
Meeting at the BH for a 9:15 departure.
Will have a short coffee break in Feckenham.
This is the first ride of my ramp up to 200km and 300k rides later this year. Mentioning again : viewtopic.php?f=5&t=9892 as already attempted to advertise but was missed and not pushed up under the spotlights. So not sure if anybody's interested or if it simply was not seen by those who might be tempted.
Cedric G.
Ian Gannon
Mariana Sorrill
Steve Vaughan
Karl walton
James Perrett
Michael Quinn
Mark Stammers
Kamran Anwar
Andy McGrath
Jon Sadler
Please note that due to medical reasons I use a handle-bar extender, a bit like TT-bars. I use this to relief the pain of NHS diagnosed trapped nerves in my wrists and elbow. I do NOT use these to ride like a TT racer, to draft behind others or similar performance seeking stunts.
Every bike ride, be it commute, ride alone or in group, entails its share of risks (bad road surface, motorised traffic, natural elements, our or other riders' mistakes or inattentions...). This is common knowledge and we all ride at our own risk. Nevertheless if my use of this extender this makes you feel uncomfortable, please do not join my rides.

Hi Paul. This ride is not for tomorrow but for the Sunday after.
Might have a cafe stop, not necessarily a burst. Will depend on the crowd.
You'll be more than welcome to join for the 300k (and any other rides in between you fancy). Being there for the 'main event' does in no way require attendance to every preliminary 'ramp-up' rides. These are there for helping those tempted in that challenge to slowly increase their stamina and achievement.
