Gavin runs various no-thrills but pleasant audaxes from Droitwich.

I will be entering his 13th October randonee before the winter blues set in.

Controls are at Cheltenham, Lechlade and Tewkesbury. Overall the route should not be too bad but I suspect that he may route the event via some vicious climbs around Cheltenham and Shad Valley. So, a flat first and last quarter, an interuption of climbing and then a cruise across the Cotswold plateau.

Don't expect cake stops. These events usually start and finish at a pub and use ATM or unstaffed cafe controls.
