Round the Wrekin sportive 21st May 2017

From the organiser of this event......
We are holding our Banks’s Round the Wrekin sportive on 21st May 2017, with an Epic Route (100 miles), Standard Route (64 miles) and Short Route (24 miles) all starting at Dudley Kingswinford Rugby Club and taking in the beautiful Staffordshire and Shropshire countryside.
Our event is supported by Hugh Porter MBE, 4 times World Champion and well known Commentator, who will be riding one of the routes on the day.
Last year’s event was a great success with nearly 600 cyclists taking part. This year we hope to make the event even bigger and more memorable, again setting high standards and challenging but achievable routes for both beginners and the more experienced cyclist.
All proceeds are in aid of Compton Hospice based in Wolverhampton and providing end of life care to patients and their families in Staffordshire, Shropshire and the West Midlands.
