Stuart, you do know that it is "only" 300k? Will we be expecting you to ride to the start and then ride home afterwards? The way that you are riding these days you can probably set of from brum at 04:00 and still be back home before most of us have even finished the ride!

I will be pleased just to get around... and not cry... or melt...
