At work the other week we had a Health Fair day and throughout the day there was a cyclethon. Each entrant had a 10min slot to cover as much distance as possible in that time. The target to beat was set by none other than Roger Hammond. Now although it was only a bit of fun i did try my hardest to get the best time but unfortunately just fell short. Had i not been off the bike for the past 2 months i wonder what i could have done.
